Sono nato a Torino nel 1962, vivo e lavoro ad Asti, la mia formazione professionale è da graphic designer ( ISIA 
Urbino ) La mia pittura nasce dal segno che diventa materia e la luce che la colpisce, vibrazione; lavoro in modo assolutamente artigianale, partendo dalla costruzione dei telai e dalla preparazione della tela di juta. Preparo, assemblo materiali molto eterogenei creando strutture in bassorilievo.
Uso il campionamento delle immagini, l’ intervento provvidenziale del caso, l’ iterazione del gesto, la banalità
come superamento e destrutturazione del significato in un cortocircuito semantico.
Faccio una pittura molto fisica con una particolare cura del dettaglio nella quale nulla è casuale, in funzione di estraniamento dal soggetto/oggetto.
L’ albero è uno dei miei soggetti ricorrenti, è forma, simbolo e struttura autoreplicante.
I was born in Turin in 1962, I live and work in Asti, my professional training is as graphic designer (ISIA Urbino). My painting comes from the sign that becomes matter and light that hits it, vibration; my approach to work is completely handicraft starting from the construction of the frames and the preparation of jute canvas. I prepare, assemble very heterogeneous materials, creating bas-relief structures.
I use the sampling of images, the providential intervention of the randomness, the iteration of the gesture, the banality as overcoming and deconstruction of meaning in a semantic short circuit.
I make a very material paintingwith a particular attention to detail, in which nothing is random, in function of estrangement from the subject / object.
The tree is one of my recurring subjects, it is form, symbol and self-replicating structure.
